Past Achievements Through the years we raised thousands of dollars with bazars and card parties to share with the St. Catharines General Hospital for specialized equipment. Some examples of donations include:
2000: $5,000 towards a Special Care Garden at Linhaven Home for the Aged in St. Catharines
2001: established annual bursary program awarding two scholarships of $1,000 to support nurses who are enrolled as full-time students in advanced Nursing Education program
2013: $7000 to the NHS (Niagara Health System), St. Catharines Site.
2013 initiated a donation to St. Catharines Lock 3 Museum in memory of Mack graduates who pass away in order to help maintain the Mack Alumni Collection in the museum.
We now rely on funds received with membership fees and private donations only.
